We’re building the payment rails for real estate. Backed by top investors (a16z, Sequoia Capital), we’re generating real revenue and growing 30% month over month. Our team is small, senior, and experienced. We’re looking for an engineer who wants to contribute meaningfully to a product that’s reshaping an industry.

What you’ll do

\n

\n

This role is full stack, and we’re looking for someone who brings a frontend point of view to it. You’ll build across the whole stack, and you’ll be the person who pushes hardest on the interface: interaction details and the states nobody specced. The surfaces you’ll own are the ones where money moves: loan applications, hosted checkout, invoices and proposals, payment plans. Long multi-step flows, real money in the inputs, and failure states that have to be right the first time.

• Build and ship new product features from database to UI, with extra weight on the UI and the interaction design.
\n
• Lead projects end to end: take an ambiguous problem, scope it with product and design, break it into shippable pieces, and drive it to done.
\n
• Scope aggressively. Find the smallest version that solves the real problem, ship it, and iterate from what you learn.
\n
• Work across our TypeScript / React / Node.js / Postgres / GCP stack.
\n
• Partner with design from the first sketch, not the handoff. Push back on flows, prototype alternatives, help decide what ships.
\n
• Contribute to architecture and data modeling as we scale, including the event-driven pieces behind money movement.
\n
• Raise the bar on our component library and design system.
\n
• Own the details that make a product feel finished: loading and empty states, error copy, keyboard paths, perceived performance.

What we’re looking for

\n

\n

• Solid professional experience building and shipping software across both frontend and backend systems.
\n
• Deep TypeScript and React . You have opinions about state management, forms, and component APIs, and reasons for them.
\n
• Real product judgment. You catch the flow problem in the mock before it ships, you can argue for a simpler version of the feature, and you push back when something shouldn’t be built at all.
\n
• You scope your own work. You can turn a vague ask into a plan, break it into pieces that ship independently, and cut what isn’t worth building.
\n
• Care about UX craft: responsive layouts, accessibility, motion, latency.
\n
• Comfortable in Node.js and Postgres . You can model a schema and design an API you won’t resent in a year.

• Based in the US and authorized to work here without visa sponsorship

• Collaborative, curious, and kind.
\n

• Owned a design system or component library.

• Fluent in Figma, or you prototype in code to explore a design.

• Exposure to financial, payments, or real-time systems.

• You’ve made AI tooling actually pay off in your own work, and can say concretely how.
