Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a fast-growing technology organization building and scaling a modern SaaS platform.

This is an opportunity for an engineer who enjoys building products, solving complex technical problems, and taking ownership from architecture through deployment . You will play a key role in developing customer-facing applications, improving platform performance and reliability, and helping introduce intelligent, AI-enabled capabilities into the product.

You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, analytics, and business leadership to turn complex requirements into intuitive, scalable technology solutions.

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Design, develop, and scale modern full stack applications supporting high-volume business users.
\n
• Build intuitive, responsive, and high-performing customer-facing web applications.
\n
• Develop scalable APIs, services, and application architecture.
\n
• Contribute to technical architecture and engineering decisions with a focus on scalability, security, maintainability, and performance.
\n
• Work closely with Product, UX/UI, Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions.
\n
• Develop and integrate AI-enabled product features and intelligent workflow capabilities.
\n
• Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and overall system efficiency.
\n
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring, and development workflows.
\n
• Identify and reduce technical debt while continuing to accelerate product development.
\n
• Establish and promote strong engineering practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.
\n
• Use modern AI coding agents and development tools to accelerate software development, testing, debugging, and delivery.
\n
• Take ownership of projects and deliver solutions from concept through production.

Required Skills & Experience

\n

\n
• Strong experience developing full stack web applications.
\n
• Professional experience with React and JavaScript and component-based application architecture.
\n
• Strong front-end engineering skills with an emphasis on modern, customer-facing user experiences.
\n
• Experience building responsive, high-performance SaaS applications.
\n
• Strong Node.js development experience.
\n
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices.
\n
• Understanding of scalable SaaS and cloud-based application architecture.
\n
• Experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, and production application support.
\n
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools or coding agents to improve development and testing workflows.
\n
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Demonstrated ownership of software projects and a commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
