About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, People to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the company's growth, responsible for designing and implementing systems that enhance the employee experience in a remote, international, and rapidly expanding environment. This role is not for the faint-hearted; it requires a builder who is hands-on, collaborative, and deeply invested in the development of their team. The VP, People will be at the forefront of creating a culture of engagement, strategic communication, and remote working excellence. They will also be instrumental in shaping the company's approach to retention, succession, and learning, particularly in the context of a distributed and AI-enabled workforce. Applicants must have a proven track record of operating teams outside the United States and scaling a company through a similar growth phase. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, comfortable with the challenges of a public, remote-first company, and adept at using AI agents in their daily work. The role demands a leader who is close to the work, values a great workplace, and is adept at fostering a sense of belonging across diverse geographies and cultures. The VP, People will be expected to partner with the AI Transformation Leader and be at the forefront of how AI is reshaping work design and team structure. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic, hands-on leader to make a significant impact in a company that is at the forefront of the open cloud movement.
