The Company is seeking a Vice President, Sr. Manager, People & Talent to lead the organization through a significant transformation initiative. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field, with at least 12 years' of progressive leadership experience in HR. A strong background in change management, talent acquisition, and a deep understanding of the financial services industry, including regulatory and compliance considerations, is essential. The role requires a leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, who can serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and ensure that HR initiatives drive performance, engagement, and enablement. Experience in dynamic transformation environments, leading HR initiatives, and a proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization are also key qualifications.
