Marketing Coordinator

Transforming complex ideas into winning proposals, the full-time salaried Marketing Coordinator will manage the entire pursuit lifecycle, from capture planning and strategy to proposal development and post-submission analysis, while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity with occasional travel for collaboration. Key responsibilities Lead processes within Marketing & Pursuit Resources, coordinating proposals, business development efforts, and marketing campaigns Support strategy development by utilizing market research and experience to guide decision-making Write and edit non-technical content for proposals and marketing materials, ensuring compliance with legal standards and quality requirements Required qualifications Experience in coordinating or leading proposals in a technical professional services environment Strong understanding of the pursuit lifecycle, including planning, content development, and submission Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills for creating client-focused content Advanced Microsoft Word skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign Familiarity with CRM systems and proposal automation tools to enhance workflows and efficiency
