We’re a team behind three restaurants in Asia, now building our brand in New York. Our cooking is rooted in French technique and brought to life through Asian flavors. We’re working toward Michelin-level standards, with the ambition to build more restaurants over time—and a team that can grow with us.

We’re looking for a Junior Sous Chef ready to take on real responsibility, with support and mentorship along the way. You’ll work closely with the chef on menu development, tastings, prep, and service, helping lead the kitchen and turn ideas into consistent dishes.

As you grow into the role, you’ll become more involved in ordering, inventory, food costs, hiring, and training. We want someone who is excited to become a well-rounded Sous Chef, and eventually take on more as the group grows.

You should have solid cooking fundamentals, experience in a quality-driven kitchen, and the ability to stay organized and communicate clearly during service. Just as important: curiosity, accountability, and respect for the people beside you.
