Lease-Up Community Manager - Drive Occupancy & Community

EMBREY is seeking a Lease-Up Community Manager for Stateswood in Charlotte, NC. You will lead a property management team, drive occupancy, set budgets and maintain resident relations, reporting to the Regional Manager. Ideal candidates have lease-up experience, five years onsite property management, two years of supervisory experience, and proficiency with Yardi, Adobe, and Microsoft Office.
