Lease‑Up Community Manager Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Lease‑Up Community Manager. As a Community Manager, you will execute the vision of Development, Equity Partners, and Investors while building a sense of community, managing a team and a budget, and maintaining a productive environment. Responsibilities Maintain rapport with vendors, residents, employees, equity partners and construction personnel. Manage the property and supervise the staff in accordance with company policies. Resolve tenant complaints and property concerns professionally. Optimize occupancy and net revenues and operate the property cost‑effectively. Hire, train, and develop personnel. Execute resident retention plans, including renewals and managing lease expirations. Execute marketing and occupancy plans. Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and technology improvements. Qualifications Proven experience in Property Management. Five years of onsite industry experience. Lease‑Up experience required. Two years of management/supervisory experience. Experience with Yardi, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid Driver’s License. Required Testing Criminal Background Check, Non‑DOT Testing, MVR. Position Type Full‑time. Competitive pay and benefits (including healthcare and 401(k)). Location Charlotte, NC; Reporting directly to the Regional Manager. Must be available to work weekends as needed.
