This contract opportunity, lasting through June 2027, focuses on individualized intervention for one student, aged 8 or 9, within a collaborative and dedicated team. You’ll work onsite at a state-of-the-art educational center, joining other professionals focused on student success.

Desired Qualifications:

• Must hold active BCBA certification
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans in a school setting, ideally with elementary-aged students
• Familiarity with mental health and behavior management strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to partner with teachers, specialists, and families
• Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and progress reports
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to positive behavior outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop data-driven support plans for the student
• Provide direct intervention and consultation to educators and team members
• Monitor and document student progress, regularly reviewing strategies and updating plans as needed
• Lead training and guidance for school staff on positive behavior supports and techniques
• Collaborate in regular team meetings, ensuring a holistic and consistent approach to care
• Maintain clear, confidential records and effective communication with all stakeholders
