Hybrid schedule – work Monday and Friday from home. $10,000 sign-on bonus - $5,000 after 90 days and the remaining $5,000 after 6 months. What You’ll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments within AFC homes Develop and oversee individualized behavior support plans tailored to adult populations Train and coach direct care staff on behavior strategies, de-escalation, and best practices Ensure compliance with state regulations and person-centered planning standards Collaborate with home managers, families, and interdisciplinary teams Monitor outcomes and adjust programming to support long-term success What We’re Looking For Active, State of Michigan BCBA certification Experience with adults with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, or dual diagnoses preferred Knowledge of AFC/Group Home regulations (or willingness to learn) Strong leadership, training, and communication skills A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care #J-18808-Ljbffr
