Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavior analyses.
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress through data collection and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Provide supervision, training, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Conduct parent and caregiver training to ensure treatment consistency.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary meetings.
- Ensure ethical, trauma-informed, and evidence-based clinical practices.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Active Michigan Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or willingness to obtain.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children with autism and their families.
- Salary: $82,000 - $95,000 annually
- Monthly performance bonus opportunities
- Monday-Friday
- Flexible scheduling based on assigned caseload
- Center hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- No on-call, weekend, or night shifts
- Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain 25 billable hours per week
- 120 Hours Paid Time Off (PTO)
