As LAKE's Design Intern, you will support the Design team throughout the product development process, helping organize and accelerate key design workflows while gaining hands-on experience within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. • Support the Design team throughout the product development lifecycle by assisting with the creation and maintenance of seasonal line sheets using Adobe Illustrator.
• Assist designers with recoloring artwork and preparing artwork tech packs and handoff materials as needed.
• Support the preparation of presentation concept boards used to communicate seasonal ideas and design direction.
• Organize and maintain the design archive, ensuring files, artwork, and assets are properly stored and accessible.
• Manage SMS samples, including organizing and tracking incoming samples and assisting with sample check-ins.
• Conduct research and development support for seasonal concepts, including inspiration gathering and competitive brand awareness.
• Assist with preparation and setup for key milestone meetings and design presentations.
• Provide general support to the Design team as needed to help ensure projects stay organized and on schedule.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and programs.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with the e-commerce landscape and awareness of competing brands within the market.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Design, Textile Design, or a related field. LAKE Weekend Wear, LLC
