Our client, a reputable organization in the electrical services industry, is seeking a Customer Service/ Office Assistant to join their team. As a Customer Service/ Office Assistant, you will be part of the administrative support team, assisting in daily office operations and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service/ Office Assistant

Location: Catskill, NY

Pay Range: $23.00/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm



 

What's the Job?

• Answering incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately
• Responding to emails and managing correspondence
• Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
• Performing data entry tasks including capturing client information and order entry
• Handling file management and other administrative duties as assigned

What's Needed?

• A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's Degree is preferred
• Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
