Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care for oncology patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines using critical thinking and professional judgment.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments; monitor patient status; document care plans and progress.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other members of the care team to ensure cohesive and safe patient management.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort, respond to changes in condition, and uphold infection control and equipment safety protocols.

Requirements
- Active California RN license (or eligibility) to practice in the state.
- BLS certification.
- Oncology nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
- Willingness to travel for a travel assignment and complete credentialing requirements.
