Director, Supply Chain

Hire, train, support, develop and coach the members of the team Define, assign and monitor objectives Have management responsibility for meeting cost, quality and delivery objectives for SPARC DDR, FTL and other assigned projects In close coordination with the engineering and construction leaders, plan and assign work, manage the workload and define priorities Act as an escalation point to solve issues Own relationships at executive level with major suppliers Ensure process adherence and improvements for strategic sourcing, purchase orders placement/management and supplier quality Report on project status, risks and issues to the supply chain and project leadership teams Lead the execution of business transformation initiatives Requirements Perform activities such as typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time Willingness to travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call occasionally for travel to construction sites and supplier Work in a facility that contains industrial hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenics #J-18808-Ljbffr NextGenEnergyJobs
