Join a century-old, family-owned firm with the stability, resources, and reputation of an industry leader Be part of a team with an industry-leading safety culture and a genuine commitment to "no one gets hurt" Work across a diverse range of exciting industrial, commercial, and process facility projects nationwide Grow your career with a company that invests in its people and promotes from within Benefit from a fully integrated, single-source structure — giving you exposure to engineering, fabrication, and construction all under one roof Collaborative, values-driven culture built on accountability, innovation, and quality craftsmanship Responsibilities: Support Project Managers in overseeing construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Assist with budget tracking, scheduling, and change order management Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and field teams Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and reports Help monitor project progress and flag risks or schedule impacts early Ensure all site activities align with safety standards and company protocols Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders What we’re looking for: 1–3 years of experience in construction project coordination or management Background in industrial, mechanical, or process facility construction is an asset Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) Solid understanding of construction methods, contracts, and schedules Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
