Senior Electrical Construction Project ManagerLocation: U.S. — Heavy Travel / Project-BasedTravel: ~60%Salary: ~$110K–$160K + bonusOverviewAn established specialty electrical contractor is in need of a skilled Project Manager to oversee intricate electrical construction and power-generation projects from initial estimation to finalization.This role involves extensive interaction with clients and ownership of various project aspects, including scope, budget, schedule, safety, subcontractors, and project profitability.ResponsibilitiesGuide projects from proposal stage to project completionAssess RFQs, define scopes, and establish project budgetsSupervise schedules, expenses, change orders, and project performanceCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teamsOversee on-site operations to ensure safety, quality, and profitabilityAssist in estimating and proposal creationComplete project closure activities and analyze lessons learnedRequirements5–7+ years of experience in power generation, industrial electrical, or specialty electrical construction3–5+ years as a construction Project Manager with P&L responsibilityProven track record in managing complex electrical projectsStrong skills in estimating, finance, and client managementPreference for union construction experienceOSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain itEngineering degree is a plusWillingness to travel extensively and work on-siteBenefitsWork on projects for a national company, engage with major power-generation and industrial clients, tackle complex assignments, and enjoy a high level of autonomy from project inception to delivery.
