Project/ Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Order materials, supplies, and equipment (e.g., windows, fixtures, rental equipment).Coordinate schedules for contractors, vendors, and deliveries.
Track project timelines and update property manager/owner on progress.
Handle paperwork related to permits, invoices, and vendor contracts.
Maintain records of repairs, maintenance, and completed projects.
Act as a point of contact between property ownership and service providers. Qualifications: Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in property management, construction coordination, or related admin role preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Must have reliable transportation to travel between project sites and properties.
