Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver home health and hospice care services in a supportive, community-focused environment. This role involves planning and directing care based on physician treatment plans, ensuring patients and families receive personalized attention within their homes and local communities.
Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the relevant state jurisdiction is mandatory.
Experience: While two years of professional nursing experience is preferred, motivated self-starters with minimal supervision needs are encouraged to apply.
Requirements: Must maintain a valid CPR certification and possess a current driver's license along with proof of motor vehicle insurance. Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills suitable for interacting with clients, visitors, and healthcare personnel are essential.
