Job Details The Opportunity Manage meaningful components of complex commercial litigation from pleadings through discovery, dispositive motions, trial preparation, and resolution. Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, discovery, and strategic case assessments. Take and defend depositions, work with experts, and communicate directly with clients. Coordinate junior team members and multiple deadlines across active matters. Contribute to client presentations, pitches, and broader practice development. Candidate Profile At least three years of substantive commercial litigation experience. Strong research, writing, analytical, oral advocacy, organization, and matter-management skills. Excellent academic credentials and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. J.D. from an accredited law school and admission in good standing in the applicable jurisdiction.
