Machine Operator Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM $18.00+ per hour (Based on Experience) Spanish Speaking Required Summary We are seeking a Machine Operator to support production operations by operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing equipment. This position is responsible for ensuring quality standards are met, performing inspections, completing production documentation, and supporting efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in Spanish and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities Operate production equipment and manufacturing systems according to established procedures Perform part inspections to ensure quality standards are met Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues Support production start-ups, changeovers, shutdowns, and daily operations Complete required paperwork and production records accurately Read and follow manufacturing specifications and work instructions Measure and inspect components using appropriate gauges and inspection tools Record quality assurance and production data Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all safety requirements and company policies Assist with preventive maintenance activities on assigned equipment Identify non-conforming products and assist with containment procedures Report equipment issues and production concerns to supervisors Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Support team goals and perform additional duties as assigned Job Requirements Spanish speaking required Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and production documentation Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic computer skills Good mathematical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Experience with ERP or production reporting systems is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for #J-18808-Ljbffr ResourceMFG
