Supervisor

Location: Independence, USA – 710 Clymer Ct Division: Solutions Position Summary Operations Supervisor – Full Time. 2A / 2nd Shift (5:00 PM – 5:30 AM). Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, alternating Wednesday. Essential Duties Conduct staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities and plan for continuous improvement. Keep senior management and client representatives informed of critical issues. Develop systems and procedures for safe and profitable operations, equipment, and product management. Implement and report on cost‑saving measures and process improvement ideas. Meet client‑specified KPIs and quality system requirements. Supervise, counsel, and discipline team members; provide direction and support to Human Resources. Responsible for training and evaluating warehouse staff. Plan daily work schedules, evaluate priorities, and assign duties. Review job trends, reorganize warehouse space, and adjust staffing levels. Assist in physical operations as needed. Maintain motivation and high customer satisfaction; provide growth opportunities. Support and train staff in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 3 years experience in logistics/distribution; 1 year in a supervisory role. Prior MHE certification or knowledge of basic MHE operation preferred. Forklift training program completion. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with RF scanners and WMS functions. English reading, writing, and speaking; strong business communication skills. Basic to intermediate mathematical skills; strong attention to detail. Organizational, personnel and communication skills; leadership and planning abilities. Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends; ability to perform work in temperature extremes. Compensation Expected base pay range: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, certifications, and location.
