About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) to lead its Operations Business Unit with a focus on driving excellence in service delivery and ensuring a world-class experience for every customer. The CDO will have full operational, strategic, and financial ownership of the business unit, which provides high-quality back-office, administrative, and professional support services. Key responsibilities include scaling and optimizing the business unit, building high-performing teams, and continuously improving service quality to maximize client satisfaction and retention. The successful candidate will also be responsible for setting the vision and culture, leading the team, and driving a strategic roadmap for expanding services and refining delivery models. The ideal candidate for the Chief Delivery Officer role at the company will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in operations and a strong background in service delivery. They must be adept at driving revenue growth, working with sales and marketing to develop compelling client offerings, and identifying new verticals within the support space. The CDO will be expected to champion customer-centricity, optimize operational processes, and ensure the business unit meets key performance indicators. A strategic mindset, the ability to work cross-functionally, and a commitment to operational excellence are essential for this executive position.
