About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead the charge in driving net new revenue across all business units. The successful candidate will be a strategic sales leader, responsible for developing and executing a cohesive sales and partnership strategy that aligns with the company's mission and market opportunities. This role demands a visionary who can shape go-to-market strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure the sales organization consistently exceeds growth targets. Key responsibilities include pipeline development, deal strategy, forecasting, and team development, all with a focus on operational excellence and data-driven decision-making. As the VP of Sales, you will be at the forefront of fostering a culture of success and accountability within the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent development, be results-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. Experience in BPO, outsourcing, or staffing services is essential, with a preference for those who also have a background in application development, IT consulting, big data, AI, or digital services for new client accounts. The role requires a leader who can establish and nurture key partnerships, integrate robust sales systems, and collaborate with senior leaders to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
