Data Management Analyst

Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support Planning Team in developing mid- and long-term business plans, annual operating plans, and related planning initiatives. Collect, organize, and analyze financial and operational performance data to identify trends and support management decision-making. Assist with budget preparation, periodic forecasts, budget-versus-actual tracking, and follow-up on significant variances. Prepare and update executive reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other business planning documents. Support company-wide KPI management by gathering results, maintaining tracking files, and coordinating updates with relevant departments. Coordinate cross-functional projects and special assignments by organizing schedules, following up on action items, and communicating project status.
