Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000–$70,000 base salary, plus performance incentives tied to agents you bring aboard who stay and succeed.

Here's the problem you've probably run into: most growth roles hand you a phone book and a quota. All grind, no system. Meanwhile, the relationship part — the part you're actually great at — gets buried under data entry and follow-up chores.

Premiere Plus Realty is one of Southwest Florida's largest independent brokerages — a 100% commission model, offices across Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral, and a culture agents genuinely talk about. Hundreds of agents choose us every year.

We run on EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System), we communicate with the StoryBrand framework, and we've invested in modern AI systems that answer inquiries 24/7, book appointments automatically, and keep your pipeline warm while you sleep. The machine handles the busy work. You handle the relationships. And you'll have a seat on the leadership team while you do it.

What You'll Own

• Attract licensed real estate agents and teams who fit our culture and Core Values — through warm inbound leads, market data, referrals, and your own relationship-building.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, and connect candidates with the offices and people they'd be joining.
• Tell the Premiere Plus story using the StoryBrand framework — the agent is the hero; we're the guide.
• Run the attraction engine: campaigns, nurture sequences, our AI concierge, scheduling systems, and TrendGraphix market data.
• Guide every new associate from signed agreement through a successful launch, in partnership with our Membership Services team.
• Report growth metrics on the leadership team scorecard and own quarterly growth goals.

What Success Looks Like

• Your pipeline is full and your calendar has real conversations on it — not cold calls. We don't do cold calling.
• New agents show up to orientation, get launched fast, and are still here — and producing — at 90 days.
• The company's agent count grows, and you can show exactly why.
