Server - Front of House

Join The Flock At Roosters

At Roosters, we're more than just great food — we're a team, a family, a flock. And here's the best part: we promote from within! Many of our managers started right where you could — as hourly team members.

We're looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Servers to join our front-of-house team and help deliver an unforgettable dining experience!

What You'll Do

As a Roosters Server, you'll be the face of our restaurant, making every guest's experience memorable:

• Sell and serve food and drinks in a professional, friendly manner within our casual full-service environment
• Provide a positive, memorable dining experience through excellent service
• Effectively serve multiple tables at a time, keeping the restaurant running smoothly
• Know our menu inside and out — from our award-winning wings to drinks and specials
• Perform opening, ongoing, and closing side duties to ensure everything is prepped, clean, and ready for the next shift
• Execute the proper sequence of service for the entire dining experience

No Experience? No Problem!

We don't just hire great people — we train them to be the best.

Through our Passport Program, you'll receive:

• Paid, hands-on training with guidance from our Certified Wingman Trainers
• A meal card for your first THREE meals (our treat!)

You'll get paid to learn, grow, and shine in a fast-paced, fun environment.

What We're Looking For

• No experience necessary (we train the best!)
• Positive, friendly attitude
• Team player who works hard, smiles often, and loves to make guests feel welcome

If you bring the energy, we'll bring the opportunity!

Perks Of Joining Our Flock

• 5 Holidays Off: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Memorial Day & Labor Day
• Flexible Scheduling
• Paid Training
• Paid Vacation (Full-Time Hourly after 1 year)
• Meal Discounts
• Growth Opportunities (Over 50% of our GMs, AMs & KMs were promoted from within!)
• Insurance for Full-Time Employees
• Star Card Recognition Program — earn prizes and perks just for being awesome!

At Roosters, this isn't just a job — it's a place to grow, laugh, learn, and build a future.
