Ascend Staffing is seeking a  Bilingual Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Abilene branch. This position is ideal for a motivated manager who enjoys developing teams, delivering excellent customer service, building strong client partnerships, and driving business growth.

Previous staffing industry experience is  not required . If you have strong leadership experience and the ability to manage people, clients, and business operations, we can provide the staffing industry training you need to succeed.

Compensation

$60,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience

Additional performance-based bonus opportunities are available.

Branch Manager Responsibilities

As the Branch Manager, you will oversee branch operations while leading your team and supporting client and business growth. Responsibilities include:

• Oversee and assist with daily branch operations, including recruiting, temporary employee placements, on-call rotations, and accurate recordkeeping
• Lead, coach, and manage branch employees to achieve operational goals and performance expectations
• Monitor branch goals, operating procedures, and performance metrics
• Prepare and review branch financial reports
• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to clients and employees
• Meet sales goals and help drive market expansion and revenue growth
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Facilitate a smooth transition of new clients from the sales representative to branch operations
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions
• Help create a positive, accountable, and results-oriented branch culture

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience
• Experience leading and managing a small team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel
• Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Regular and reliable on-site attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our clients and candidates
• Previous staffing, recruiting, sales, or workforce management experience
• Knowledge of retail and/or wholesale principles, methods, practices, and techniques
• Experience managing client relationships
• Experience working toward sales, revenue, or performance goals

Working Conditions

• Occasional travel may be required
• Manual dexterity is required to operate computers and other office equipment
• May occasionally work more than 40 hours per week based on business needs
