Clearstone Surface Solutions is growing its independent contractor sales team and looking for driven individuals ready to build real income on their own terms. This is a commission-only, 1099 outside sales role — you set your hours, work your territory, and earn a percentage of every job you close. You will represent Clearstone's residential and commercial exterior cleaning services to homeowners and businesses across South Texas. No prior exterior cleaning knowledge is required. We provide a complete onboarding program, a mobile quoting app, CRM access, and everything you need to hit the ground running. This is an opportunity for someone who is entrepreneurially minded, self-directed, and motivated by performance-based income. Earning Potential 10% Base on every job 13% At $30K/mo volume No cap On total earnings One-time milestone bonuses stack on top of ongoing commission: $300 - First $5,000 month in closed sales $750 - First $10,000 month in closed sales $1,000 - First HOA or property management account $250 - 90-day retention bonus — still active and producing What You'll Do Canvass residential neighborhoods door-to-door and develop commercial relationships in your assigned territory Walk properties, identify service needs, and build accurate quotes on the spot using the Clearstone mobile quoting app Present service packages and bundle discount options to residential and commercial clients Log all door activity, leads, and follow-ups in Blueworks CRM Build a pipeline of warm leads through consistent follow-up and territory management Pursue commercial accounts, HOAs, and property management companies for recurring contracts What We’re Looking For Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and is motivated by earnings rather than a fixed salary Strong interpersonal skills — you can build trust quickly with people you've just met Reliable transportation and a smartphone (required for quoting app and CRM) Entrepreneurial mindset — you treat your sales territory like your own business Integrity and professionalism in every customer interaction No prior exterior cleaning knowledge required — we train you on everything Prior D2D, outside sales, or commission-based experience is a plus but not required What We Provide Comprehensive onboarding through six orientation sessions covering company, services, compensation, agreements, field operations, and commercial accounts Blueworks CRM — D2D pipeline management, lead tracking, and follow-up scheduling Mobile quoting app — builds, prices, and submits quotes from your phone in the field Branded gear: shirt, hat, name badge, and business cards Door hangers and field marketing materials Optional paid field observation day before independent deployment Bi-weekly commission payments with itemized statements Written Independent Contractor Agreement — transparent terms, no surprises About Clearstone Surface Solutions Locally owned, faith-based exterior cleaning company headquartered in La Vernia, TX.
