Job Title Sales Support, Clinical Specialist Fixed Systems - Image Guided Therapy (Boston MA, Manchester NH, Burlington VT) Job Description The IGT Sales Specialist owns business development in the territory by uncovering and posting opportunities, developing competitive positioning, and owning quote creation, customer concerns, and change orders; partners with Account Executives / Account Managers (AE/AM) to qualify opportunities, design and present winning solutions, and develop business analysis and forecasts. Your role: Partner with AM/AEs, using business knowledge and understanding, to develop an account strategy with a solution definition and to design and propose a solution definition and design that addresses the customer’s specific need. Lead the development of product strategy and customer presentations as the clinical, technical, and knowledge expert. Address competitive positioning and value proposition components of the presentation. Own the business development of the territory. Drive visibility by understanding business opportunities in the region, including emerging markets. Create a business plan that identifies every opportunity in every account. Ensure the funnel is robust and capable of meeting the AOP. Support the AE/AM through informal product training and education. Share best practices with internal colleagues. Travel required: MA, ME, VT, NH You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 8+ years of demonstrated healthcare experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Your skills include Diagnostic Imaging Industry experience, deep product knowledge and expertise within interventional product modality, Ability to quickly demonstrate expertise and establish credibility with clinical decision makers. Four-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position. Ability to assess potential application of company products to meet customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is a field role. Philips Transparency Details Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $187,750 to $241,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
