From installation and dismantle (I&D) to on-site supervision and skilled labor crews, we support exhibitors, exhibit houses, and event partners across union and non-union markets throughout the United States.
Headquartered in Anaheim, California, with operations in Las Vegas and nationwide coverage, AES is known for reliability, communication, and delivering high-quality execution under demanding timelines. We work closely with clients to ensure projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and on budget from move-in to move-out.

All Exhibit Solutions is seeking a motivated and organized Account Manager to join our growing team in Anaheim, CA. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating trade show labor projects, preparing estimates, and ensuring successful execution of events nationwide.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional under pressure, and experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for clients while working closely with operations, labor coordinators, project managers, and on-site supervisors to deliver exceptional service.
This is a fast-paced role within the trade show and live events industry that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing project demands and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day communication with clients regarding upcoming trade show and event projects
- Coordinate labor requests for installations, dismantles, supervision, and on-site support
- Prepare estimates, proposals, labor schedules, and work orders
- Review exhibitor kits, union rules, show regulations, and venue requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are executed accurately and efficiently
- Track project timelines, labor hours, budgets, and client deliverables
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service
- Identify opportunities for additional services and business growth
- Support operations during major trade shows, conventions, and event activations
- Assist with resolving on-site challenges, scheduling conflicts, and client concerns in real time
- Ensure all project documentation, billing details, and approvals are accurate and up to date
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and management teams to support successful event execution
- 2+ years of experience in account management, project management, trade shows, events, or related industries preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with trade show labor, exhibit houses, conventions, or live events is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and general business software
- Ability to adapt quickly and remain professional under pressure
- Knowledge of union and non-union labor environments is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required based on experience
