Client Relations Manager Regular Full-Time Clearwater, FL, US Salary Range: $58,700.00 To $70,000.00 Annually The Client Relations Manager (CRM) is responsible for establishing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support. This role focuses on understanding client needs, resolving issues, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. The CRM will work to ensure client satisfaction, drive retention, and contribute to the overall client experience strategy, without direct involvement in revenue-generating tasks or quoting responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing day-to-day support and addressing any inquiries or issues that arise. Actively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and anticipate future needs. Coordinate with internal teams, such as account managers, support and product teams, to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues. Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and service issues in the CRM Dashboard Monitor client engagement and proactively address any signs of dissatisfaction or service gaps. Collaborate with Account Managers to provide insights on client needs and potential opportunities for growth. Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new clients and facilitate communication throughout the client lifecycle. Assist with training and documentation to help clients better understand products and services. Represent the company’s values and commitment to customer service in all client interactions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in account management, customer service, or client relations. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments to ensure client satisfaction. Proficiency with CRM systems and general office software.
