Job Title:Affiliate Marketing Manager
Location:Hybrid, Remote, or In-office (New York )
About the Role
We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who focuses on outcomes, not just activity. In this role, you will manage and scale affiliate partnerships across multiple product lines, including leads and calls, with a direct impact on revenue.
This position requires a strong understanding of the legal marketing space and the ability to grow performance across both affiliate and non-affiliate channels. If you are data-driven, proactive, and comfortable owning revenue results, this role is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with affiliate and client accounts
- Own and scale a portfolio of campaigns across leads, calls, and other products
- Optimize affiliate performance to improve revenue and efficiency
- Identify, onboard, and scale high-performing partners
- Collaborate with marketing teams on offers, creatives, and campaigns
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for growth
Qualifications
- Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or account management
- Required experience inlegal marketingwith strong knowledge of lead generation
- Familiarity with affiliate and other acquisition channels within the legal vertical
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on results and accountability
