Job Description Affiliate & Partnerships Manager (Remote, USA). eCommerce | Direct Response | Performance Marketing. Most affiliate roles are glorified account management.This is for someone who knows how to drive revenue through partnerships - not just “manage relationships.”

You’ll own and scale a high-performing affiliate and partnerships channel inside a fast-growing, digital-first business.

You’ll work directly with leadership to identify, recruit, activate, and grow partners who can actually move the needle — creators, publishers, influencers, media buyers, and brands with aligned audiences.

Building and scaling a profitable affiliate + partnerships channel

Structuring offers, payouts, and incentives that drive performance

Managing and optimising campaigns based on data, not guesswork

Working cross-functionally with marketing, media, and product teams

3-5+ years in affiliate / partnerships / BD within DTC, eCommerce or direct response

Experience in golf, supplements, health, fitness, or performance-driven consumer brands

You understand the customer — because you are the customer (or very close to it)

Comfortable working remotely with a US-based team and time zones

Bonus if you’ve worked with:

Creator / influencer partnerships that actually convert

Affiliate platforms + tracking tools

You’ve only worked in brand marketing or awareness campaigns

You can’t clearly explain how your partnerships drove revenue

You care about performance, numbers, and outcomes

Compensation: Competitive market rate base $100K-$170K + performance upside + benefits
