Responsibilities: * Support the Corporate Accounting team in driving a disciplined, timely month‑end close, including process improvements across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. * Document and enhance standard operating procedures for month‑end, GL accounting, consolidation, and internal controls. * Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and analysis of accruals, prepaids, expenses, and other key accounts. * Lead cross‑functional process improvement initiatives across Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, and Inventory Purchasing (including AR, AP, revenue, costing, logistics, and accruals). * Support month‑end management reporting and financial analysis, including variance analysis, revenue and margin drivers, inventory and expense analysis, cash flow, and working capital metrics. * Partner with business leaders across Sales, Operations, and Marketing to translate financial insights into data‑driven recommendations, challenge assumptions, and drive accountability. * Track KPIs, evaluate pricing and cost optimization opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to improve profitability and investment decisions. * Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives (treasury, banking, tax), standardize and automate reporting, and support audits and compliance requirements. Desired Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting/or Finance. * CPA or Master's degree is highly preferred. * 3-5+ years of experience in a CPA firm. * Experience in manufacturing or distribution is highly preferred. #LI-TM2 #LI-Onsite
