We are currently seeking a full time Prep Cook. Major Responsibilities Include Prepare recipes and batch items according to Harry's standards Maintain a clean and organized work area/station Follow all safety and sanitation practices Complete other duties as assigned by manager on duty Requirements High School diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required Experience with quantity food preparation preferred General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements. Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards. Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency.
