HR Business Partner

Job Summary Human Resource (HR) Business Partner role provides HR solutions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, training, payroll, and policy development. Location USA – Hutto, 600 Schneider Blvd, Suite 300 - 400 Division Solutions Time Type Full Time Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide solutions for HR needs including compensation and incentive plans, new hire orientation, recruiting, performance appraisal systems, employee relations, handbooks, job descriptions, compliance, training, and policy development. Evaluate client needs and build/manage client relationships to achieve business strategies. Maintain employee personnel files and HRIS records in compliance with legal requirements. Support hiring needs: posting jobs, screening, hiring candidates. Communicate company policies and support leadership enforcement. Assist in resolution of Associate Relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary. Research employment laws, HR policies, and communicate findings to clients. Create and support employee engagement activities within budget. Support company Open Enrollment period and payroll processing. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field and 3 years of HR experience, or equivalent education and experience. Ability to work in unregulated temperatures (warm and cold months). Computer Skills Microsoft Office Experience with HRIS systems Certificates & Licenses Recognized HR Professional Certification a plus Language Skills Local language required Mathematical Skills Intermediate Other Skills Results-oriented Excellent organizational skills High-level interpersonal and communication skills for confidential situations Working knowledge of local laws and regulations related to HR Ability to analyze HR processes and make practical recommendations Ability to understand business strategy quickly Attention to detail, prioritize, meet deadlines High sense of urgency and customer service focus Excellent written and verbal communication Potential for leadership skills and business acumen Ability to deal with ambiguity and change Flexibility with shifting priorities and business needs, including flexible schedule support Salary Expected base pay range is $70,000.00 – $84,500.00 Annual. Compensation determined by experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
