Job Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive patient care across Intermountain Medical Center and partner facilities. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using evidence‑based practice and technology. Key Responsibilities Provide high‑quality, compassionate care in Women’s Services, Labor & Delivery, Acute Care, and Intensive Care units. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, patient‑centered care. Adapt quickly to diverse clinical environments and patient populations. Cross‑train across multiple specialties and pursue additional financial incentives when available. Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support patient outcomes and team communication. Minimum Qualifications Current RN license in the state of Utah (or a valid compact license); compact license must be transferred to Utah within 60 days of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within five years of hire. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in acute care, critical care, or women’s services. At least 2 years of acute RN experience. BSN from an accredited institution (required as of 4/27/2025). Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $35.22 – $53.29 per hour (actual rate depends on experience). • Float Pool differential: 10% + potential cross‑training incentives. • Flexible scheduling with holiday and weekend coverage; available shift differential for straight nights. • Relocation assistance may be available for qualified external candidates.
