Basic Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education may be considered. Tasks For This Role Include Analysis of actual headcount and cost. Development of performance metrics and preparation of related reports. Provide guidance to control account managers. Analyze variances and develop corrective action plans. Assist in the development of review materials for the consumption of internal and Government interfaces. Other ad-hoc cost and performance analyses. Desired Skills Significant Excel Experience - macros, pivot tables, V look ups, etc Experience with Government / DoD Contracts Experience with COBRA and SAP tools EVM (Earned Value Management) experience Good communication skills (both verbal and written) Experience working in a team environment Proactive, able to develop strategic process improvements Familiarity with EVM processes / FAR guidelines Strong organization, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills Advocate for change and continuous improvement.
