Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator

What Your Day Will Look Like You’ll be an important part of the patient experience from the moment someone calls or walks through our door. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming patients and creating a warm, professional first impression Managing a busy schedule and helping keep the day running smoothly Answering multiple phone lines while providing helpful, personal service Verifying insurance benefits and helping patients understand their financial options Coordinating treatment and helping patients move forward with care Collecting payments and assisting with account questions Communicating with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and the rest of the front office team Helping create the organized, positive environment our patients have come to expect You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are… Warm and personable — you genuinely enjoy helping people Organized and detail-oriented — you don't let the little things fall through the cracks Confident and professional — especially when the phones are ringing and the office is busy A team player — you understand that a great patient experience takes everyone working together A strong communicator — both with patients and coworkers Comfortable multitasking without losing your focus or your patience Experienced in a dental office and familiar with dental insurance and front desk responsibilities Why Rockside?
