- Sign off on completed returns (credential required)
- Serve as a key client contact and provide advisory support
- Identify and implement process improvements across the tax function

- 3-5+ years of hands-on tax experience (individual + business returns)
- CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA)
- CPA preferred, but not required
- Must be able to sign tax returns
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills
- Interest in contributing to firm growth and operational improvement
- Base salary: $90K - $110K
- Bonus potential: performance + business development incentives
- 20+ days PTO starting out
