As a CMM / PolyWorks Arm Operator , you’ll play a critical role in ensuring large, complex CNC-machined components meet exact blueprint and customer specifications. Your work directly impacts quality, delivery, and customer confidence.

The Work You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Set up and operate CMMs and Hexagon PolyWorks Arms to inspect machined components
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on large, complex parts
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering specifications
• Generate and maintain accurate inspection and dimensional reports
• Coordinate inspection results with Production Managers and Engineering
• Ensure all inspection documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant

This is a hands-on inspection role where accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail matter.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 1–3 years of experience in a metrology or inspection environment
• Strong ability to read blueprints and GD&T
• Experience using CMMs and/or PolyWorks Arms
• Familiarity with ISO and AS9100 quality systems
• Comfortable working with precision measuring tools
• Able to work independently and document results accurately

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with Calypso Zeiss software
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or 3D modeling
• Exposure to large-part machining environments
