Role Summary Finance Manager, M&A – Corporate Finance Leadership Opportunity in Financial Services. Location: Scottsdale, AZ (18700 N Hayden Rd, Suite 255, Scottsdale, AZ 85255). Role Type: Full time. Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year + annual bonus. Compensation is determined individually based on location, skills, licensure, experience, and education. To view more details of what you can look forward to, visit our careers page: Responsibilities Partner with executive leadership to define and refine the firm’s inorganic growth strategy, including target market identification and prioritization. Develop end‑to‑end due diligence workstreams and timelines across financial, operational, legal, and compliance functions. Oversee the development and maintenance of acquisition models for various transaction types such as full acquisitions, partial equity investments, earn‑outs, and succession‑based transitions. Conduct post‑mortem analysis to assess financial performance against key business metrics and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency. Ensure clean hand‑off to the finance integration team to ensure smooth transition post‑close. Prepare and deliver high‑impact presentations for executive committee, board of directors, and potential partners. Synthesize complex financial and strategic insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues across business units and departments to foster an effective cross‑functional working environment and collaborative spirit. Mentor junior team members. All other duties as assigned. Education Requirements Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Accounting, Finance, or another related field is required. Master’s Degree preferred. Basic Requirements Minimum of 5 years’ experience in FP&A, finance, or business analysis. Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills required. Highly motivated with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented work environment. Expert proficiency in the use of business applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with financial reporting and general ledger application tools is required. Must have acute attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Requirements FINRA licenses (Series 7 or SIE). CPA, CFA or CMA designations. Prior financial services industry experience (wealth management, investment management, broker‑dealer, insurance, banking, specialty finance). Experience with Workday Financials. #J-18808-Ljbffr
