Fee-for-Service | $75+ per visit

The Royal Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our growing home care team. As an SLP, you’ll help patients regain independence, improve daily living skills, and enhance their overall quality of life in the comfort of their homes. What You’ll Do as a Home Health SLP

• Conduct Evaluations : Assess pediatric patients for speech, language, articulation, voice, fluency, feeding, and social communication delays

• Develop Treatment Plans : Create individualized goals using evidence-based techniques tailored to the child’s age and needs

• Deliver In-Home Therapy : Work one-on-one with children and their families to address developmental milestones

• Educate Caregivers : Provide training on home practice strategies, augmentative tools, and environmental modifications

• Collaborate Across Disciplines : Coordinate with PTs, OTs, case managers, pediatricians, and schools

• Document Progress : Maintain timely and accurate notes in compliance with agency and clinical standards

What We’re Looking For

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in New York State

• Experience with pediatric populations (EI, school-based, or home health preferred)

• Strong communication and caregiver education skills

• Reliable transportation and the ability to work in the community

• A passion for supporting children’s development and family engagement
