Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to understand their unique needs and backgrounds.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions for patients, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to their specific challenges, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and family systems therapy.
• Manage billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms promptly and securely, adhering to the standards of practice.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans that empower clients to maintain stability in their lives.
• Create detailed discharge plans that guide patients toward sustainable mental health practices after therapy concludes.
• Consistently adhere to all federal and state regulations, including NEHS policies and procedures, to ensure compliance and uphold the integrity of our services.
• Engage in continuous education and training opportunities to enhance your professional competence and maintain licensure.
• Collaborate actively in case consultation meetings and agency discussions, contributing insights and experiences to foster team growth.
• Complete all mandatory training required to comply with the professional standards established by appropriate licensing boards and organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client base, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families, each facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is critical in helping them navigate these difficulties through compassionate and evidence-based therapy, fostering lasting positive change in their lives.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field essential for licensure.
• A current license as a mental health therapist (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Nevada.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in telehealth settings is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with a wide range of mental health issues, especially related to trauma-informed care.
• Knowledge of and experience with Hispanic, multicultural, or underserved populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Inspire Wellness Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your licensure and experience. We provide a robust benefits package that includes:
