Job Full Opportunity Brief Title: Senior Counsel, Global Commercial Legal - U.S. Market Access and Pricing Category: Jobs Organiser: AbbVie (via BioSpace) Description: AbbVie is seeking a Senior Counsel to lead legal strategy and support for its U.S. Market Access and Pricing organization. The successful candidate will provide counsel on federal price reporting requirements, the Anti‑Kickback Statute, and the False Claims Act. Key responsibilities include advising senior management on product pricing, reviewing complex government agreements, and managing outside counsel for high-impact projects. Eligibility: Applicants must possess a Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be in good standing with a state bar. A minimum of 7+ years of relevant legal experience is required, with mandatory previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
