Executive Business Partner at Samsara. About the role This role supports the SVP of Revenue Strategy, Operations & Account Development, acting as a strategic partner and operational force. You will manage executive workflows, anticipate needs, and drive execution within a dynamic organization. Key facts Location: Remote - SF Bay Area Engagement: Full-time Team: Revenue Strategy, Operations & Account Development What you'll do Manage the executive's schedule, communications, and daily operations with foresight. Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including logistical planning. Serve as a key liaison with senior leaders, external partners and internal stakeholders. Oversee administrative functions such as expense reporting, meeting agendas, and action item tracking. Plan and execute team events, including offsites and executive gatherings. Undertake high-impact projects and initiatives on behalf of the executive. Uphold and promote company operating principles within the team. Requirements A minimum of 6 years of experience providing support to VP-level or higher executives in a fast paced setting. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and ambiguous situations with discretion, sound judgment, and emotional intelligence. Excellent written, verbal, and representational communication skills. Proven success in developing scalable systems and processes, not just task completion. Must be able to align with San Francisco business hours (Pacific Time). Willingness to travel approximately one trip per month. Nice to have Prior experience in Revenue Operations, Go-to-Market (GTM), or Sales environments. Familiarity with enterprise SaaS or rapidly growing technology companies. Proficiency with productivity and AI tools such as Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, and AI assistants. Relocation assistance is not provided. The annual base salary range for this position is $103,232.50 to $173,500 USD. This role is eligible for Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) with no vesting cliff and ongoing refresh opportunities. Samsara offers a flexible working model.
