Mechanical Engineer

Duration: 12mo(s) contract with the ability to extend Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or related field 5+ years of relevant experience Proficiency in NX and Teamcenter Experience with GD&T and standard engineering drawing practices Mechanical engineering experience in advanced air vehicle programs – integrating mechanical and electrical subsystems in air vehicle platforms Strong background in mechanical part design using CAD Understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, composites, injection molding, 3D printing, composite lamination, etc.) Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., Simcenter, Ansys) Day-to-Day: Insight Global is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support a leading OEM client focused on advanced air vehicle and strike platform development. This engineer will support the Air Dominance and Strike Mechanical Engineering team, contributing to the design, development, and integration of advanced hardware for Group 5 air vehicles and missile platforms.
