Customer Loyalty Specialist

Job Overview Greenix is a fast‑growing business in Utah. We are looking for Loyalty Agents to manage inbound calls from our existing customer base and deliver a white‑glove experience. Compensation $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year with paid training (hourly plus commission). Responsibilities Receive inbound calls from current customers. Identify customer needs and root concerns. Provide white‑glove service that delights the customer. Demonstrate a competitive and collaborative attitude to meet team and department goals. Qualifications High school degree or equivalent required. College degree a plus. Prior sales or retention experience is a plus. Ability to work designated full‑time shift. Proficient with basic computer functions and ability to utilize software, databases, scripts, and other tools. Ability to pass a background check. Work Environment Professional office environment using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and headsets.
