Lease End Loyalty Associate

Lease End Loyalty Associate (260000GK) Position Summary: This role manages customer‑facing processes associated with the end‑of‑term lease accounts. The associate supports HCA, Brand, and Dealer loyalty by assisting lease customers with end‑of‑term options, obligations, and new vehicle information, delivering a superior customer experience through active listening, proper tone, and excellent communication. Primary Location United States – Texas – Plano Work Locations Dallas, TX 6100 W. Plano Parkway, Suite 2000 Plano 75093 Responsibilities Receive inbound calls from lease‑end customers and service accounts, noting, coding, and updating account information in HCA business systems. Initiate outbound calls to lease‑end customers to capture end‑of‑term intent and utilize the lease‑end WIPS call model to guide, advise, and educate on new vehicle information to support HCA loyalty. Perform all other duties as assigned. Participate in performance coaching and development sessions/training to co‑create solutions that enhance individual and team performance. Qualifications Auto finance and lease‑end industry experience strongly preferred; 1–2 years of related experience required. Call center and prior sales experience strongly preferred. High School Diploma or GED. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multi‑task and prioritize to meet business objectives. Understanding of analysis, technical processes, and business systems. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and business system skills. Broad product knowledge recall.
